Well, that's really all there is for these two enhancements, please remember that our QuickBooks Desktop (for Windows) 2020 Summary can be found here, and the companion QuickBooks for Mac 2020 Summary can be found here. When the upgrade is done, all the user has to do is Open QuickBooks, it’s just that simple. Smart Help is intended to provide improved search capabilities along with task relevant content and give users access to live experts through messaging and call back options.
